主要内容：良好卫生规范是生产安全水产品的前提要求，是实现水产品安全生产过程控制有效性的重要保证。环境微生物水平决定微生物交叉污染的风险。 不卫生的设备设施设计和管理有助于微生物形成生长小生境和生物膜，降低清洁消毒的有效性，增加环境微生物的水平和交叉污染的机会；原料、水、空气、人体、动物都是微生物的重要来源和传播载体。卫生设计的原则可以帮助我们识别和消除微生物的小生境。通过屏障隔离，分区管理，有效的清洁消毒和个人卫生管理方案等多种良好卫生规范手段消除和减少微生物的污染源，切断污染路径，降低环境微生物的水平，从而达到确保水产品安全的目的。
ABSTRACT：
Good hygiene practice is the prerequisite for safe seafood production and is an important assurance for the effectiveness of safe seafood process control. Microbial level in the processing environment determines the risk of cross contamination. Non-hygienic design and management of food processing equipment and facilities facilitate microbial growth niche formations and biofilm formations，undermining the effectiveness of cleaning and sanitation, increasing the microbial level in environment and cross contamination opportunity. Raw materials, water, air, personnel and animal are all important microbial sources and transmission vectors. Adopting hygienic design principles can identifies and eliminates microbial growth niches contamination sources. Applying good hygiene practice measures, such as barrier, zoning, effective cleaning and sanitation, and personal hygiene programs, can achieve the objective of safe seafood production by eliminating or reducing microbial contamination sources, blocking microbial transmission routes, and reducing microbial load in the environment

国际可持续水产品大会/Sustainable Seafood Forum
中国作为水产业大国，在水产品可持续发展领域具有不容忽视的作用。如何借鉴先进的发展理念，学习良好的管理经验，成为水产业创新发展的必然思考。在中国处于产业转型的关键时期，中国水产流通与加工协会联合世界自然基金会在中国召开首届国际可持续水产品论坛，旨在推动世界范围内水产品的可持续发展，并为企业的长足发展探寻出路。
As the impact of globalization becomes wider and deeper it is clear that common objectives for economic development will only be met if natural resources are used more effectively. As the largest seafood producer and consumer, China plays an important role in the seafood industry. It is an industry that is currently on a market transformation journey towards to sustainability. By learning and adopting global best practices, China can contribute extensively to shaping the future of the global seafood industry.
The China Aquatic Products Processing and Marketing Alliance (CAPPMA) and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), in cooperation with the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), will jointly organize the inaugural annual “Sustainable Seafood Forum”.
